SUPPOrT US
Volunteer
Volunteer your time to perform a week’s shop for an elderly person in your area and deliver it to their home. Helping to unpack, making a hot drink and simply spending some time with them makes an enormous difference. There is no greater kindness than to give of your time and energy this way. Volunteering has a meaningful, positive impact on your community and can also develop your interpersonal skills.

If you would like to offer your support to volunteer please contact us via the contact page.
The individuals are selected from our list of those most in need as identified by local authorities, associated charities or requests made by the public, with that in mind if you know there is someone elderly in your local community who is in need of attention - please get in contact with us via our contact page and we will see what we can do to help.

We are also looking for Volunteer Ambassadors to help to expand our existing network by recruiting and training additional volunteers. Other roles may include general admin assistance with the running of our charity, fundraising and supporting any charity events.
Fundraise
Fundraising is a great way to quickly raise vast awareness and support. Carrying out your own fundraising event allows you to promote the important work of our charity to your friends, family and colleagues, significantly improving the lives of our beneficiaries, while having fun and enjoyment in the process. Sports challenges, hair shaving, dress down, fancy dress and cake bakes are all examples of popular fundraising events that you could organise. While the money you raise will make an unprecedented difference, simply spreading the message about the essential work we do is equally appreciated.
If you have an idea about an event you wish to carry out please get in touch with us.
Donate
Donations are the life blood of our charity and without them, we would not be able to reach the individuals that need us. Donations can be made using any of the methods described below. All donations make a difference. Thank you in advance - for your kind donation.

A Message from our Founder
"May I take this opportunity to thank all our volunteers, donors and fundraisers. Without your generosity and support, SOUP could not perform the incredible work that we do. Every bit of time, money and energy donated to our charity gives an elderly individual the better quality of life that they deserve. Thank you from all of us at SOUP." Darren Christopher Rowland, Founder.
